A Final Frontier for No Man's Sky?

Posted on 11 Aug 2021 By Imratzio

It's difficult to see a comback when a game suffers a bad launch, but when a studio decides to equip their listening devices aka 'the ear phones' and get to work, then reconciliation is possible between Developers and consumers. No where has this been accomplished more than with Hello Games. For the past five years they have been working hard by adding missing/ new content to increase the games longevity which has not only rectified the games launch but has created un unparalleled sci-fi phenomenon on an epic scale at no additional cost to the fans.

Sean Murray,  the founder of the studio, behaved as any true leader should, which was to focus on the issues and act fast, without trying to make excuses or keep things quiet until a supposed time being right to make announcments. They have produced free DLC which has filled in the gaps left by an early release and gifted fans more quality content then they could ever have asked for. Five years later, they are celebrating the overall success of the game and Murray added: "We knew this was the start of a journey, but never expected what a wild ride it would be. Today we’d like to take a moment to appreciate this milestone together. It hasn’t always been easy, but the thing that has been our guiding star throughout has been the players and the community. Behind every update, every video, every feature and line in a patch note is a team that cares so deeply for this game."

Hello Games next update is 'Frontiers' which Sean seems to be excited as he explained that on one hand it is an another update but on the other hand, there is a missing piece of their sci-fi jigsaw that they want to fit in and the fifth anniversary is the perfect time to release the new content. Will you load up No Mans Sky to play 'Frontiers'? Head over to our Twitter Page and tell us.
