Exciting, Right? WRONG, even if Microsoft was charging a fee to upgrade, everyone deserves a free upgrade for those who have bought the game on the PS4. I think Sony is just being too greedy and trying to rake in as much cash as possible, when they should be showing the gratitude to the consumers who have supported the publishers and developers by purchasing Kojima's latest game! Anyway, that's the mini rant over, lets continue with the article. PlayStation has confirmed the upgrading cost is $10 which Sony has confirmed via the PlayStation UK Twitter account that the UK converted price is £5.
It isn't a terrible price especially when the Digital Deluxe Edition is included. Here is the list of the goodies that Eurogamer has presented to us:
- New in-game suit colours x2 (gold and silver)
- New in-game power glove colours x2 (gold and silver)
- Additional in-game BB Pod customization options x2 (gold and silver)
- Additional in-game backpack patches
