During my teen days I always loved visiting my local video game store, just to give me an excuse to browse at the shelves to see what hidden gems I can find. What I mean by hidden gems, there were good quality games that the mainstream audience did not acknowledge and despite the risk of purchasing a game based on the cover, well luckily for me most of my gambles paid off.
Code Vein is one of those types of games that I probably would have enjoyed playing, an action RPG not many people have heard of. I think it's due to there being such focus in game stores on the mass produced AAA quality titles nowadays and games are getting longer, by the time you complete a game, the list of new games has grown a hundredfold..
Code Vein is an anime inspired action RPG that has received mixed reactions, but it is very popular amongst it's cult fans and has sold 2 million copies worldwide, not too shabby. I want to give this game a chance before I purchase the PS5. Have you guys heard of or played Code Vein? If so how do you rate it? Head over to our Twitter Page and get involved.
